Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup Motts applesauce (it's gluten free)
- 1 cup gluten-free cracker crumbs OR parmesan cheese
- 1 medium onion – chopped
- ¼ cup green bell pepper - chopped
- 2 teaspoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce (it's gluten free)
- 1 cup Heinz Ketchup (it’s gluten free)
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Servings: 6-8
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, thoroughly blending the mixture.
- Mixture should be moist, so if needed, add a small amount of water.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
- Pour off any excess fat, and serve warm.
