For a gluten free crust that is flaky, sweet, and a perfect complement to pumpkin pie, we recommend Gluten Free Pantry's "Perfect Pie Crust" mix. Follow the easy directions on the package. Each package of Gluten Free Pantry’s Perfect Pie Crust mix is enough to make three pie crusts.

NOTE: One thing to keep in mind is that all pie crust dough, including this gluten free dough must be refrigerated for one hour prior to rolling out. After the dough has been refrigerated, divide the dough into three equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a large disk which is slightly larger than the pie plate. Crimp the edges, and pierce the dough in various places with the tongs of a fork.

Libby's pumpkin pie pack and the recipe on the can are naturally gluten free. To make delicious pumpkin pie filling, simply follow the directions given on the can.
